Returns & Exchanges


You may return any product you have ordered from within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Custom and special order products are not eligible for return. Freight charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. Items purchased via telephone or in store are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY.

All goods returned for credit or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact.

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a credit. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

All online credits will be completed within approximately 7 days of agreement. All credits will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not credit the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by

We cannot accept cancellations on custom and special order products.
