Boxes for storing the smaller things at home can be practical and good-looking at the same time. In collaboration with the Danish producer of exclusive handmade leather boxes August Sandgren, this series of attractive boxes is made from leftover leather from producing the Egg™ and the Swan™ chairs. The extraordinary production method is based on an old bookbinding tradition where the binder skillfully skives the leather. The leather will patinate and age with beauty and the natural linen on the inside of the boxes will make sure to keep the box’s belongings safe. Because of the limited leather quantities, only small batches are produced. Each box, therefore, has a unique number underlining the exclusivity. Measurements: W 20 cm x L 26.5 cm x H 6.5 cm.
